The Camp Phillips Centre encompasses 320 acres in the heart of the fastest growing community in Marathon County in Central Wisconsin.
The development has three distinct districts: the commercial center, residential district, and business park. Intertwined between the districts is the Everest Recreational Trail.
The development consists of a diverse blend of land uses: large scale retail, mixed-use, commercial, medium and small scale retail, professional office, residential, industrial, dining, and entertainment.
Forward Development Group's vision began in 2014 with initial development plans for this critical focus area for the Village of Weston. FDG worked very closely with the Village of Weston community and planning department on the design and future goals of the development.
The 300+ acre development boasts high visibility and class "A" construction. Over 35,000 cars travel State Highway 29 per day and 60% of that traffic enters/exits at the adjacent Camp Phillips Interchange.
Uses range from large scale retail, mixed-use, commercial, medium and small scale retail, professional office, residential, industrial, dining, and entertainment. In addition, the development incorporates recreational opportunities and the preservation of environmental corridors. Camp Phillips Centre's scale and location combine to create the ultimate retail destination in Central and Northern Wisconsin.
